Fast & Secure Shipping

All of our orders are shipped with — Fast & Secure UPS Shipping. Orders over $300 require a signature by a person above +21 years old upon delivery. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

 

Liability

Please acknowledge that the person receiving your package at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization. Kindly note that MANUELA MEJIA JEWELRY shall not be held liable for any transit delays.

 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is packaged, the tracking information is automatically sent to the email used to place the order. Once the courier scans your package into their system, the tracking information will be updated. This may take a few hours to update. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, contact us and our customer service representatives will be happy to help you.

Return Policy

If you’re not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date. Once you receive the return authorization and label, you have 10 days to ship it back to our shop.

In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@manuelamejiajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that international orders are final sales.

We offer an extended return window for Holiday gift purchases of 45 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Kindly note:

  • Jewelry must be in good condition, unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
  • For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges if applicable.

Damage Inspection 

Kindly note all returned items will go through a technical inspection by our Quality Assurance team which determines the corresponding resolution such as full refund/ store credit/ or not applicable.

Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, corrosive chemicals, or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not apply for refund or warranty.

Custom Design Orders

Please note all custom orders are final sales and have a 2-year warranty.

Start A Return

To return a shipped item to ManuelaMejiaJewelry.com, please follow these steps:

  • STEP 1: Email us at info@manuelamejiajewelry.com please include: The reason for your return, your order number and a photo of the product (if damaged).
  • STEP 2: We will promptly respond with further instructions and we will share a UPS Electronic Return label which you will be able to print, attach to the original package and send it back. 
  • STEP 3: We’ll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges (if applicable), within three weeks of receiving your return.

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we process a refund.

Custom Jewelry Orders

A two-year warranty covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for two years for all custom jewelry orders.

 

Online Orders

A six-month warranty covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for six-months for all online jewelry orders.

 

Policy

Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase.  Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, corrosive chemicals, or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not be considered under warranty.

Jewelry that is damaged due to excessive wear or abuse will not be covered by our warranty. Jewelry repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty. Jewelry that has been cleaned with abrasive or ultrasonic cleansers will not be covered by this plan. Our warranty does not cover theft, loss, abuse or accidental damage.

If your item is no longer under warranty, we are happy to assess the damage and give you a cost of repair. We want you to continue to enjoy your MANUELA MEJIA JEWELRY product.
