Return Policy

If you’re not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date. Once you receive the return authorization and label, you have 10 days to ship it back to our shop.

In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@manuelamejiajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that international orders are final sales.

We offer an extended return window for Holiday gift purchases of 45 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Kindly note:

  • Jewelry must be in good condition, unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
  • For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges if applicable.



Damage Inspection 

Kindly note all returned items will go through a technical inspection by our Quality Assurance team which determines the corresponding resolution such as full refund/ store credit/ or not applicable.

Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, corrosive chemicals, or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not apply for refund or warranty.

 

Custom Design Orders

Please note all custom orders are final sales and refunds are not applicable, including 2-year warranty.

 

Backorders 

Please note backorders are final sales and refunds are not applicable, including a six-months warranty.

 

Start A Return

To return a shipped item to ManuelaMejiaJewelry.com, please follow these steps:

  • STEP 1: Email us at info@manuelamejiajewelry.com please include: The reason for your return, your order number and a photo of the product (if damaged).
  • STEP 2: We will promptly respond with further instructions and we will share a UPS Electronic Return label which you will be able to print, attach to the original package and send it back. 
  • STEP 3: We’ll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges (if applicable), within three weeks of receiving your return.

 

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we process a refund.
